    vidMMO is a next-generation video hosting and streaming platform. We provide secure, fast, and customizable HLS/CMAF video streaming with features tailored for both free and premium users.
  2. Who can use vidMMO?
    Anyone who wants to upload, host, and share videos online. We support:

  4. How secure is my content on vidMMO?
    We use domain-restricted playback and token-based access to protect your content. Only authorized websites and users can play your videos.
  5. Can I embed videos on my own website?
    Yes. vidMMO provides an embed script that you can place on your website or application. The embedded player is customizable and supports adaptive streaming.
  6. What video formats are supported for upload?
    We recommend uploading MP4 (H.264 or H.265). Other formats are accepted, except AV1 which is not currently supported.
  7. How long does transcoding take?
    Processing time depends on video length and resolution. We offer two modes: GPU encoding for full transcoding, and CPU decode-only mode which is extremely fast. Most videos are ready for streaming within minutes.
  8. Can I upload multiple files at once?
    Yes. All users can upload multiple videos simultaneously. VIP and Super VIP users also have access to API upload and remote upload (upload from URL).
  9. Do you support subtitles and multiple audio tracks?
    Yes. If the uploaded video already includes multiple subtitles and audio tracks, they will be fully available. This feature is supported for all plans.
  10. How do ads work on vidMMO?
    • Free & VIP plans: Ads are automatically placed by vidMMO.
    • Super VIP plan: No ads on player.
  11. How does storage work?
    • Free plan: Unlimited uploads at 1080p max resolution, with inactivity deletion policy.
    • VIP & Super VIP plans: Start with 10TB storage per month, with 4K support and no inactivity deletion. Need more? You can purchase additional storage as your needs grow.
  12. Does vidMMO support live streaming?
    Currently, vidMMO focuses on VOD (Video on Demand). Live streaming support is planned for future updates.
  13. What happens if my video gets flagged?
    If your video is flagged due to copyright or other serious reasons, it will be locked for review.
  14. How much do the paid plans cost?
    • VIP: $99 / 10TB / month - includes 4K support, API upload, and video protection.
    • Super VIP: $299 / 10TB / month - includes all VIP features plus no ads, M3U8 import, advanced protection, and VIP support.
  15. How can I pay for a plan?
    We currently support payments via crypto.
  16. Can I cancel anytime?
    Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will automatically revert to Free once the paid period expires.
  17. What happens if my VIP/Super VIP subscription expires?
    When your subscription expires and you don't renew:
    • Your account will revert to the Free plan
    • Your existing videos (including 4K) will be preserved and remain playable
    • New uploads will be limited to 1080p
    • Videos will be subject to inactivity deletion policy (minimum 100 views per 30 days)
    • API access and video protection features will be disabled
    • You can upgrade again anytime to restore full access
  18. Do you provide analytics?
    Yes. We provide video playback analytics.
  19. What happens if I reach extremely high traffic?
    Our global CDN ensures scalability. Even under heavy traffic, the system will continue to run smoothly and you will not incur any additional fees.

  21. What is "Inactivity Deletion"?
    Inactivity deletion applies to Free plan users only. New videos have a 30-day grace period where they are not checked. After 30 days, a daily job checks video activity. If a video has less than 100 views in the last 30 days, it will be automatically deleted. VIP and Super VIP plans are exempt from this policy.
  22. What is M3U8 link import?
    M3U8 import allows Super VIP users to import existing HLS streams directly into vidMMO without re-uploading the original video file. This is useful for migrating content from other platforms or adding external streams to your library.
  23. What does "Video Protection" include?
    Video protection features include:
    • Domain-restricted playback (whitelist specific domains)
    • Token-based access control
    • Hotlink protection
    VIP users get basic protection, while Super VIP users get advanced protection with additional security layers.
  24. Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
    Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, your remaining subscription time will be recalculated proportionally. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  25. What is API upload?
    API upload allows VIP and Super VIP users to programmatically upload videos using our REST API. This is ideal for automated workflows, bulk uploads, or integrating vidMMO into your own applications and systems.

    File size limits for API upload from URL:
    • VIP: Maximum 1.5 GB per file
    • Super VIP: Maximum 3 GB per file
    Note: These limits apply to the upload-from-url API endpoint. For larger files, please use direct upload or chunk upload methods.
  26. What payment methods do you accept?
    We currently accept cryptocurrency payments via USDT on the TRC20 network.
  27. Is there a refund policy?
    All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription payments. We recommend trying the Free plan first to ensure vidMMO meets your needs before upgrading.
  28. What happens when I exceed 10TB storage?
    When you exceed your 10TB storage limit, your plan will automatically upgrade to include additional storage. For example, if you're on VIP ($99/10TB/month) and exceed the limit, you'll be upgraded to $198/20TB. Your remaining subscription time will be recalculated proportionally based on the new rate. If you don't renew when your subscription expires, your account will revert to the Free plan. Note: Your existing videos above 1080p will be preserved even after downgrading.
